Our Journey
The Beginning
Cheese Me started as a food truck in Vancouver, serving up delicious grilled cheese sandwiches, mac & cheese, and authentic Swiss raclette to cheese lovers across the city.
Vancouver Christmas Market
We joined the Vancouver Christmas Market (VCM), becoming a beloved seasonal destination. Year after year, visitors return for the warmth of melted raclette during the festive season.
Growing Forward
We continue to operate at VCM and serve our community through catering events. We're also planning to open a permanent location to bring our cheesy creations to you year-round!
